Diane Turton, Realtors® offers an extensive rental inventory from moderate bungalows to lavish beachfront homes, our weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual rentals are guaranteed to meet the criteria of any client. Rentals range from single family detached homes to condominiums and townhouses.

VIEW RENTAL PROPERTY LISTINGS

After talking to you, we can build a rental profile that fits your needs. Within hours, we will be able to select appropriate properties and set an appointment schedule. Until you find the rental that is right for you, we will continue to identify new prospects. Rentals range from $300 weekly to $25,000 seasonally. Annual rentals vary widely based upon the size and location of the home. Properties
generally range from $650/mo to over $2,000/mo. Because rentals move so
quickly our database is constantly managed and updated. Rental inventory always includes:

• Beachfront, rural, suburban, urban, corporate
• Immediate occupancies
• Short or long term rentals
• Furnished or unfurnished
• Condominiums and co-ops
• Single or multiple family homes
• Rent with option to buy

Rental amenities include:

• Most rentals have full cooking facilities, Cable TV and air conditioning.
• Some rentals are waterfront and offer dockage. Beach access is usually an
  additional cost, however, some properties come with beach access through the use of beach badges and require a deposit.
• Some rentals have pools.
